Remember the cannery art party last year? The cannery may be demolished, but the party lives!
In a field behind 6964 Vineyard Ln in Davis off road 98, from 7pm to 1am, Mathias (art professor at UCD) will be holding a very city-ok'd bash full of art and 500+ people. Last year there was over a hundred different art pieces of varying mediums; a chill dome; free water, juice and red bull; fire dancing next to a DJ stage; and several other wild experiences that grant legitmate uses of semicolons in their description. No entry fee required - donations welcome. I talked to Mathias and fire is very welcome, I'll set up a free space for everyone to play in. Try to think up something special: bring a fire safe surface and squirt bottle to write and draw fire on, or bring a garden sprayer of fuel, or a nomex suit, or something. Test out its parameters first, then message or call (5309087532) me and we can work on integrating it.
